What is Love Marie Care Crate?
Love Marie Care Crate is a bimonthly self-care subscription box created for nurses and caregivers. Every two months we curate and handpick and deliver themed boxes filled with wellness items to relieve stress, uplift your mood and remind you to take a well-deserved break.
How does it work?
Our subscription box is delivered every two months. That means you’ll receive 6 boxes per year, packed with curated items based on our theme for that Bimonthly. We ship on or before 5th bimonthly. If you subscribed after the 5th bimonthly month (e.g., January, March, May, etc.), you would receive the items curated for that season box.
What’s inside each box?
It’s a mystery box. Contents may vary based on themes and seasons.
Is this a gift option?
Absolutely! You can purchase a bimonthly gift subscription. Choose the gift option at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest—including a personalized note.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be charged every two months, on the same date you first subscribed. Annual prepay options may be available at a discounted rate.
When will I receive my box?
Boxes ship out during the first week of the delivery month (e.g., January, March, May, etc.). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your box is on its way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next box, make sure to cancel before your next billing date.
If you cancel after the billing date, the box will be processed and will be shipped out. Cancelation will take effect on the next bimonthly.
Can I skip a box?
Yes! If you’d like to skip a month, log into your account and select “Skip Next Box” before your next billing date.
What if my box arrives damaged or is missing an item?
Please contact our support team at hello@lovemarie.shop within 7 days of delivery.
