MEET THE FOUNDER
Love Marie Care Crate was founded by a nurse who understands exactly how it feels to give so much of yourself to others. As a nurse, I've experienced deep exhaustion, sleepless nights, and that heavy feeling of not wanting to go to work — yet showing up anyway. For years, I carried that fatigue and stress until I finally decided to find ways to care for myself again. I started small — sipping herbal teas like chamomile and ashwagandha, switching to natural shampoo bars, using lavender mint body oils to ease muscle tension, practicing Pilates, and being more mindful about what I put into my body. These little rituals became my personal form of healing.
Then it hit me: "How many nurses and caregivers feel the same way —tired, overwhelmed, and in need of care themselves?" That thought sparked the creation of Love Marie Care Crate — a bi-monthly subscription box thoughfully curated with wellness and self-care items to help relieve stress, uplift your mood, and remind you that you deserve rest and kindness, too.
